1. Website status and requests

This website is an informational showcase of HappyGo Rentals, intended for choosing a car in advance and submitting a rental request.

2. Not a public offer

Information on the website about car specifications, prices and availability is provided for information purposes only. Submitting a request through the website is not an automatic booking of a car and creates no financial obligations for either party until the request is confirmed by an operator.

3. Booking and the rental agreement

• After you submit a request on the website, a HappyGo Rentals operator will contact you (via WhatsApp or email) to confirm that the chosen car is available for your dates.
• The final rental terms, price, deposit amount, insurance rules and driver requirements (age, a valid driving licence of the appropriate category) are set out in the official Rental Agreement, which both parties sign when the car is handed over.

4. Limitation of liability

HappyGo Rentals strives to keep the prices and photos on the website up to date; however, the specific car may differ slightly from the one shown in the images. We are not responsible for temporary technical failures of the website or of third-party communication services (WhatsApp, email servers).
